This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

If this is your first real estate photo session, no worries at all. I’ll guide you through the process from start to finish. I work efficiently and respectfully in the space, focusing on clean compositions that highlight the flow, light, and details of the home.

HOW SHOULD THE HOME BE PREPARED?

Before the shoot, I recommend having the home clean, decluttered, and staged the way you’d want it shown online. I’ll provide a simple prep checklist ahead of time, and I’m always happy to answer questions if you’re unsure about anything.

HOW LONG DOES A REAL ESTATE SHOOT TAKE?

Most real estate photo sessions take 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the property. Larger homes may take a bit longer, but I always aim to work efficiently while capturing each space at its best.
